Selenium intake in plants in the conditions of southern forest-steppe of Omsk region | Поступление селена в растения в условиях южной лесостепи Омской области

Presented the results of examination of the peculiarities of selenium accumulation in Astragalus galagoides plants and spring rape in the conditions of southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region on meadow-chernozem soil depending upon methods of its intake. The objects of research are spring rapeseed varieties Zolotonivsky and Astragalus galagonidae. There are three methods of applying the microelement in the field experiment were used: pre-sowing treatment, foliar feeding and basic application. The wetting (exposure time was 12 hours) was used as pre-sowing treatment of seeds. Sprayings were carried out in vegetation period for spring rape in the rosette phase (formation of 3‒4 true leaves), Astragalus galagoides – in the after-growth phase. The accumulation of selenium depends on the culture and method of its application: in the treatment of seeds before sowing and in foliar Se intakeit is most accumulated in Astragalus, whereas in the root intakethe rate of accumulation depends on the phase of development and age of the plant: the content of selenium is higher in rape in the initial periods of plant development, and in Astragalus is higher in the period of harvesting. There is a direct dependence of the concentration of selenium in plants on the dose of microfertilizer for the different methods of its application. The main fertilization of Se in a dose of 0.5‒2 MPC in the above-ground mass of forage plants accumulates a significant content of selenium (over 5 mg/kg), which can be a significant danger to animals consuming this crop product. Therefore, in conditions of enrichment of forage crops in selenium it is necessary to control its content in soil and plants, taking into account intervals of toxic and necessary content of the microelement for specific soil-plant-animal systems.

Ruso. Представлены результаты изучения особенностей накопления селена растениями астрагала галеговидного и рапса ярового в условиях южной лесостепи Омской области на лугово-черноземной почве в зависимости от способов его поступления. Объекты исследования: рапс яровой сорта Золотонивский и астрагал галеговидный. В полевом опыте использовали три способа внесения микроэлемента: при предпосевной обработке, некорневой подкормке, а также при основном внесении. В качестве предпосевной обработки семян использовали намачивание (время экспозиции ? 12 ч). Опрыскивание проводили в период вегетации для рапса ярового в фазу розетки (формирование 3–4 настоящих листьев), астрагала галеговидного – в фазу отрастания. Накопление селена зависит от культуры и способа его применения. При обработке семян до посева и при фолиарном поступлении Se в большей степени аккумулируется в астрагале, тогда как при корневом поступлении темпы его накопления зависят от фазы развития и возраста: в начальные периоды развития растений содержание селена выше в рапсе, а к периоду уборки – в астрагале. При разных способах его внесения существует прямая зависимость концентрации селена в растениях от дозы микроудобрения. Основное внесение Se в дозе 2 ПДК способствует накоплению значительного количества селена (свыше 5 мг/кг) в надземной массе кормовых растений, это может представлять существенную опасность для животных, потребляющих данную растениеводческую продукцию. Следовательно, в условиях обогащения селеном кормовых культур необходимо контролировать его содержание в почве и растениях, учитывая интервалы токсичного и необходимого содержания микроэлемента для конкретных систем "почва ? растение ? животное".
