The scheme of feeding of weaned piglets at the intensive pork production

It has been determined that in the conditions of the intensive technology of pork production, the reduction of transitional period of piglets growing at the age from 29 to 42 days to 29-40 days and separa- tion of certain production groups of weaned piglets with a live weight of 8-12 kg are justified physiologically and technologically. It has been established that feeding of weaned piglets at the age from 29 to 40 days in accordance with the developed scheme provides an average daily gain of piglets with a live weight of 8-12 kg – 330 g when the conversion is 1,5 kg of mixed fodder per 1 kg of gain and the safety of piglets is about 96,3 %
