性别平等主流化已成为联合国粮食及农业组织的一项战略目标。为实 现缔造一个没有饥饿和营养不良的世界的理想，粮农组织的新战略把 性别平等与提高营养水平和作物生产可持续集约化等重大“传统”关注 点放在同等重要的地位。该框架在粮农组织的所有计划中均对性别平 等进行了主流化。 这就是为什么性别会成为粮农组织新战略框架的中心。本准则概述了 本组织每项战略目标的性别方面，以及粮农组织为实现农业和农村发 展中的性别平等而采取的行动。
