The paper presents the results of the study to highlight the optimal conditions for the isolation of lipolytic enzymes from the cultural liquid (CL) of Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 01 micromycete, grown in the presence of 10 mg/L nano-oxide TiO2 with dimension of 40 nm. It was established that the CL: ethanol of 96 % ratio of 1:3, the pH of the reaction medium 7.0 and the contact time of CL: ethanol of 2 hours ensures the obtaining of lipolytic preparations with higher enzymatic activity by 50 % compared to control-preparation, obtained standard. The highlighted conditions of isolation of lipases present profitability in terms of material resources and time invested.
