Susceptibility of oil flax to fusarium depending the cultivation methods in conditions of the central zone of the Krasnodar region | Поражённость масличного льна фузариозом в зависимости от приёмов возделывания в условиях центральной зоны Краснодарского края

Inglés. The research on the prevalence and degree of fusariosis development (causative agents are fungi of genus Fusarium Link) on oil flax, depending on the seeding date (I and III decades of April), variety ('VNIIMK 620', 'Nilin', 'Severny' and 'Raduga') and seeding rate (6. 8 and 10 million pieces/ha) was carried out in 2015–2017 at the experimental plot of the All-Russia Research and Development Institute of Oil–Producing Crops, Krasnodar. It was established that variety 'Nilin' is the most resistant to fusariosis. The average prevalence of fusarium on this variety was 12.8% with a development degree of 13.3%. The variety 'VNIIMK 620' has an average degree of resistance; the disease prevalence on it averaged 29.3% with a development degree of 28.5%. Varieties 'Raduga' and 'Severny' were the least resistant to fusariosis; the disease prevalence on them was 37.7 and 38.8% with a development degree of 36.1 and 36.3%, respectively. Seeding rate did not have a significant effect on the fusarium prevalence. A slightly higher percentage of affected plants was noted at an average seeding rate of 8 million pieces/ha but the difference between the studied variants was less than 3%. The second seeding time contributed to a greater affection of oil flax by fusarium; here, the number of affected plants was on average 4.0% higher and the development degree 2.3 % higher. On average, over three years of the research, the correlation between the fusariosis prevalence and the yield of oil flax seeds was moderate (r = -0.368). However, the correlation was strong (r = -0.754) with a high fusariosis prevalence in 2017 (up to 86.5%). These data confirm that the high prevalence of Fusarium spp. in oil flax crops in favorable conditions for the pathogen development has a negative impact on the crop and significantly decreases the seed yield. Despite the different percentage of plants affected by fusarium during the years of the research, there was no significant difference in the laboratory germination of seeds obtained from the experimental plots.

Ruso. Исследования по изучению распространённости и степени развития фузариоза масличного льна, вызываемого грибами рода Fusarium Link, в зависимости от срока посева (I и III декады апреля), сорта (ВНИИМК 620, Нилин, Северный и Радуга) и нормы высева семян (6, 8 и 10 млн шт./га) проводились в 2015–2017 гг. на центральной экспериментальной базе ВНИИ масличных культур (г. Краснодар). Установлено, что наиболее устойчивым к фузариозу является сорт Нилин. Средняя распространённость фузариоза на данном сорте составила 12,9 % при степени развития 13,3 %. Сорт ВНИИМК 620 обладает средней степенью устойчивости, распространённость болезни на нём в среднем составила 29,3 % при степени развития 28,5 %. Сорта Радуга и Северный оказались наименее устойчивы к фузариозу, распространённость болезни на них составила 37,7 и 38,6 % при степени развития 36,1 и 36,3 % соответственно. Норма высева семян не оказывала существенного влияния на распространённость фузариоза. Несколько больший процент больных растений отмечен при средней норме высева – 8 млн шт./га, однако разница между изучаемыми вариантами была менее 3 %. При посеве в более поздний срок поражение масличного льна фузариозом было сильнее: количество больных растений в среднем было выше на 4,0 %, а степень развития болезни – на 2,3 %. В среднем за три года исследований корреляция между распространённостью фузариоза и урожайностью семян масличного льна была средней (r = -0,368), однако при высокой распространённости фузариоза в 2017 г. (до 86,5 %) она была сильной (r = -0,754). Полученные данные подтверждают, что высокая распространённость Fusarium spp. в посевах масличного льна в благоприятных для развития патогена условиях оказывает негативное влияние на культуру и значительно снижает урожайность семян. Несмотря на разный процент поражения растений фузариозом в годы исследований, существенной разницы по лабораторной всхожести семян, полученных с опытных делянок, не отмечено.
