Organic agriculture: problems and prospects of development | Органическое сельское хозяйство: проблемы и перспективы развития

Inglés. The production of organic farming products remains one of the most important directions of agrarian policy, which must be solved by the world community. U.N. experts believe that increasing of incomes and increasing of the welfare of the population will stimulate demand for organic food. The purpose of the study is to determine the complex of measures for the development of organic agriculture based on the study of indicators characterizing the modern development of agriculture, analysis of the current situation in the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs in various countries of the world, and assessing the existing problems. In addition to methods of induction and deduction, the authors used methods of comparative analysis, abstract-logical and monographicThe resulting conclusion is that the production of organic farming products has a synergistic effect and potential, materializes the principles of ecology, health, justice, care and contributes to the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. For the development of organic agriculture, a number of measures are needed at both national and international levels. Primary measures include identification of the advantages of the existing systems for the production of organic farming products, the definition of a clear policy of sustainable development and the place of organic products in traditional agriculture, the support of agricultural organizations of all forms of ownership that are transformed into organic farming.

Ruso. Производство продукции органического сельского хозяйства (ОСХ) остается одним из важных направлений аграрной политики, которые необходимо решить мировому сообществу. Эксперты ООН считают, что увеличение доходов и рост благосостояния населения будет стимулировать спрос на органическое продовольствие. Цель исследования - на основе изучения показателей, характеризующих современное развитие сельского хозяйства, анализа современной ситуации, сложившейся на рынках с.-х. продукции, сырья и продовольствия в различных странах мира, а также оценки существующих проблем определить комплекс мер по развитию ОСХ. В ходе исследования использовали методы индукции и дедукции, сравнительного анализа, абстрактно-логический и монографический. В результате пришли к выводу, что производство продукции ОСХ имеет синергетический эффект и потенциал, материализует в себе принципы экологии, здоровья, справедливости, заботы и способствует устойчивому развитию АПК. Для распространения ОСХ необходим ряд мер как на национальных, так и на международном уровнях. Первичными являются выявление преимуществ существующих систем производства продукции ОСХ, определение четкой политики устойчивого развития и места ее производства в традиционном сельском хозяйстве, оказание поддержки с.-х. организациям всех форм собственности, переходящим на ведение ОСХ.
