Assessing reliability of machinery and equipment for livestock breeding | Результаты оценки надежности машин и оборудования для животноводства

Inglés. The purpose of the research is to assess the quality of manufacture and reliability of machinery and equipment for the mechanization of livestock farms. The examination was conducted at 10 machine-testing stations of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in the area of their activity in 2017. The production equipment of 39 enterprises was inspected, of which 24 were domestic and 15 were foreign one. A hundred and nine units of 62 equipment types totally and 5 groups were examined according to their purpose: machines for preparing feed; machines for the distribution of feed; manure removal machines; milking machines, equipment for milk processing and watering animals; and loaders and vehicles. Eighty units of the domestic machines were examined, which is 73.4% of the total number of machines, 29 units of the imported machines were examined too (26.6%). The examination was carried out in accordance with the STO AIST 2.8-2010. The assessment of the reliability of the machines to be inspected and equipment for the mechanization of livestock farms was carried out for compliance with the values of MTBF of this equipment with the requirements of the STE AIST 1.13-2006, the STO AIST 1.14-2012 and cpecifications of manufacturers of machines and equipment. Twenty six units (23.8% of the total quantity of the machinery inspected), including 22 units of machines of domestic production (20.2%) and 4 units of imported machines (3.6.%), of 109 examined machines and equipment intended for livestock husbandry when they came to farms, did not comply with the requirements for delivery to the customers. It was established that out of 109 machines examined under actual operating conditions, 101 machines (92.7%) correspond to regulatory reliability indicators (MTBF), including: machines for preparing feed: 83%; machines for the distribution of feed: 100%; manure removal machines: 77%; milking installations, equipment for milk processing and watering of animals: 87%; loaders and vehicles: 86%. Analysis of failures of machinery and equipment for livestock showed that they all had a production character.

Ruso. Цель исследований – оценка качества изготовления и надёжности машин и оборудования для механизации животноводческих ферм. Обследование проводилось в 2017 г. 10 машиноиспытательными станциями Минсельхоза России в зоне их деятельности. Была обследована техника производства 39 предприятий, из них 24 – отечественных и 15 – зарубежных. Всего было обследовано 109 ед. техники 62 наименований и 5 групп по их назначению: машины для приготовления кормов; машины для раздачи кормов; машины для удаления навоза; доильные установки, оборудование для переработки молока и поения животных; погрузчики и транспортные средства. Отечественных машин обследовано 80 ед., что составляет 73,4% от общего количества машин, импортных – 29 ед. (26,6%). Обследование осуществлялось в соответствии с СТО АИСТ 2.8-2010. Оценка надежности обследованных машин и оборудования для механизации животноводческих ферм проводилась на соответствие значений наработки этой техники на отказ требованиям СТО АИСТ 1.13-2006, СТО АИСТ 1.14-2012 и ТУ производителей машин и оборудования. Из 109 обследованных машин и оборудования для животноводства при их поступлении в хозяйства не соответствовали требованиям поставки потребителям 26 ед. (23,8% от общего количества обследованной техники), в том числе: машины отечественного производства – 22 ед. (20,2%); зарубежного – 4 ед. (3,6%). Установлено, что из 109 машин, обследованных в условиях реальной эксплуатации, нормативным показателям надежности (наработке на отказ) соответствует 101 машина (92,7%), в том числе: машины для приготовления кормов – 83%; машины для раздачи кормов – 100; машины для удаления навоза – 77; доильные установки, оборудование для переработки молока и поения животных – 87; погрузчики и транспортные средства – 86%. Анализ отказов машин и оборудования для животноводства показал, что все они имели производственный характер.
