The possibility of the water intake structures design for the fish passes

Intake structures are necessary part of every designed fish pass, because they supply fish pass with water and they should be passable for migratory ichthyofauna. It does not exist any standard for design of fish pass intake structures. This paper described their basic classification, as well as recommendations for their proper design.
