The dynamics of metabolic indices of lactating ewes of the west siberian mutton breed when using Monklavit-1 medicinal product | Динамика показателей метаболизма лактирующих овцематок западно-сибирской мясной породы при применении препарата "Монклавит-1"

In the Altai Region, some territories are registered where iodine deficiency in feed is revealed; this deteriorates lactation in agricultural animals and leads to significant damage to animal husbandry. The metabolic indices of lactating ewes of the West Siberian mutton breed were studied at the administration Monklavit-1 iodine-polymer medicinal product. For this, in the lambing period (February), from the number of lactating ewes 3 groups of animals at the age of 3 years were formed: a control group and 2 experimental groups, which, 20 heads in each group. Monklavit-1 at a dose of 0.5 and 1 mL per kg of live weight was administered by mixing with food, once a day for 10 days immediately after lambing, and then for 10 days with a lactation period of 1 month. It was found that in the sheep of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, there was an increase of the level of calcium, phosphorus and glucose by 12; 20, 14; 24 and 23.9 and 26.7%, with a decrease in cholesterol concentration by 2 and 5%, respectively, as compared to the control group. The use of Monklavit-1 iodine-polymer medicinal product for lactating ewes of the experimental groups through an increase of the functional activity of the thyroid gland, increase in the concentration of thyroid hormones in the blood, helps to normalize carbohydrate, lipid and mineral metabolism, and activates lactopoiesis and lactogenesis.

Ruso. В Алтайском крае зарегистрированы территории, на которых отмечается недостаточность йода в кормах, что ухудшает лактацию у с.-х. животных и влечёт за собой значительный ущерб животноводству. Были изучены показатели метаболизма лактирующих овцематок западно-сибирской мясной породы при применении йод-полимерного препарата "Монклавит-1". Для этого в период окота (февраль) из числа лактирующих овцематок были сформированы 3 группы животных в возрасте 3 лет: контрольная и 2 опытные группы по 20 голов в каждой. Животным 1-й и 2-й опытных групп путём смешивания с кормом вводили препарат "Монклавит-1" в дозе 0,5 и 1 мл на 1 кг живой массы, соответственно, 1 раз в день в течение 10 дней сразу после окота, а затем в течение 10 дней при сроке лактации 1 месяц. Исследованиями установлено, что у овец 1-й и 2-й опытных групп отмечалось повышение уровня кальция, фосфора и глюкозы на 12; 20, 14; 24 и 23,9 и 26,7% при снижении концентрации холестерина на 2 и 5% соответственно в сравнении с контрольной группой. Применение йод-полимерного препарата "Монклавит-1" лактирующим овцематкам опытных групп через повышение функциональной активности щитовидной железы, увеличение концентрации тиреоидных гормонов в крови способствует нормализации углеводного, липидного и минерального обмена, активации процессов лактопоэза и лактогенеза.
