Crop yield and concentration of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves of the spring wheat suffering from septoria blight | Урожайность и содержание фотосинтетических пигментов в листьях яровой пшеницы при поражении септориозом

Inglés. The authors explored the varieties and promising breeding lines of the North-East Federal Agricultural Research Center with varying degrees of resistance to Septoria by yield and composition of the pigment complex in the leaves under the conditions of the Kirov region. Under the conditions of the growing season in 2017 that was characterized by excessive moisture, the strong development of a fungal infection (the degree of damage to the leaf is 22.0-62.3%) led to a decrease in the overall plant productivity. The correlation coefficient between the defeat of Septoria and cereal and biological yields took average negative values (r = -0.43 and -0.44). The difference among the average parameters in the groups of moderately stable and susceptible varieties was 0.23 t/ha for grain yield and 0.49 t/ha for aboveground biomass. From the exit phase into the tube to heading an increase in the content of chlorophilic pigments and a decrease in the content of carotenoids per unit dry mass of the leaf were observed in all varieties. However, in the group of susceptible varieties, the increase in chlorophyll a + b was less significant, and the content of carotenoids decreased more dramatically. In 2018, with a lower infectious load (the degree of damage was 9.5-47.0%), there were no significant differences in yield and the number of chlorophylls a and b in varieties of different resistance groups. Inmost cases, the content of chlorophylls a + b and carotenoids decreased by the flowering phase. C-64and C-65 selection lines, tolerant to Septoria, maintained a consistently high level of pigments. The correlation analysis reflects that the content of photosynthetic pigments in the exit phase into the tube was reliably associated with the development of the vegetative mass of plants, and with grain yield it happened in the flowering phase. No significant connection between the defeat of Septoria and the number of chlorophylls a and b in the flowering phase was found, but there was a decrease in the percentage of carotenoids in the total amount of pigments, depending on the extent of injury

Ruso. В условиях Кировской области изучали сорта и перспективные линии местной селекции с разной степенью устойчивости к септориозу по урожайности и составу пигментного комплекса в листьях. В условиях вегетационного периода 2017 г., характеризовавшегося избыточным увлажнением, сильное развитие грибной инфекции (степень поражения листовой пластинки 22,0–62,3%) повлекло за собой снижение общей продуктивности растений. Коэффициент корреляции между поражением септориозом и зерновой и биологической урожайностью принимал средние отрицательные значения (r= -0,43 и -0,44). Разница средних значений в группах умеренно устойчивых и восприимчивых сортов составила по урожайности зерна 0,23 т/га, надземной биомассы – 0,49 т/га. От фазы выхода в трубку до колошения у всех сортов наблюдали повышение содержания хлорофильных пигментов и снижение – каротиноидов на единицу сухой массы листа. Однако в группе восприимчивых сортов повышение хлорофиллов а+b было менее выраженным, а содержание каротиноидов снижалось сильнее. В 2018 г., при меньшей инфекционной нагрузке (степень поражения 9,5 – 47,0%), не выявлено достоверных различий по урожайности и количеству хлорофиллов а и b у сортов разных групп устойчивости. У большинства номеров к фазе цветения снижалось как содержание хлорофиллов а+b, так и каротиноидов. Толерантные к септориозу селекционные линии С-64 и С-65 сохраняли стабильно высокий уровень пигментов. Корреляционный анализ показал, что содержание фотосинтетических пигментов в фазе выхода в трубку было достоверно связано с развитием вегетативной массы растений, в фазу цветения – с зерновой урожайностью. Существенных связей между поражением септориозом и количеством хлорофиллов а и b в фазе цветения не обнаружено, но наблюдалась снижение процентной доли каротиноидов в общей сумме пигментов в зависимости от степени поражения болезнью.
