Изучение антигельминтных свойств пижмы обыкновенной при гетеракидозе и капилляриозе индеек / Study of the antihelminth properties of common tansy in heteracidosis and capillariosis of turkeys

The aim of the research was to study the anthelmintic properties of common tansy (Tanacetum vulgare L.) with mixed invasion (heterakidosis + capillariasis) of turkeys. The helminthic diseases of birds are widespread and cause great economic damage. Deworming of birds is one of the effective measures to control these diseases. For these purposes, mainly chemical synthesis preparations are used. It was established that some plants have antiparasitic properties, among them – the common tansy, widely spread in natural agrophytocoenoses of the Republic of Belarus. Antihelminthic properties of this plant have been studied during heterakidosis and capillariasis disease of turkeys. Experience in studying parasitocidal activity of powder from the inflorescences of the common tansy was conducted on turkeys spontaneously invaded by capillaries and heterakids. The results of the studies showed that the powder from the inflorescences of the common tansy at a dose of 1.5 g per 10 kg of body weight by mouth 2 times a day for 2 consecutive days together with feeds is an effective anthelmintic agent, which ensures the release of turkeys from heterakids and capillaries. /Целью исследований явилось изучение антигельминтных свойств пижмы обыкновенной (Tanacetum vulgare L.) при смешанной инвазии (гетеракидоз+капилляриоз) индеек. Гельминтозные болезни птиц имеют широкое распространение и наносят большой экономический ущерб. Дегельминтизация птиц служит одной из действенных мер борьбы с такими заболеваниями. Для этих целей используются в основном препараты химического синтеза. Установлено, что некоторые растения обладают противопаразитарными свойствами. Одно из таких растений – пижма обыкновенная, широко распространенная в природных агрофитоценозах Республики Беларусь. Изучены антигельминтные свойства растения при гетеракидозе и капилляриозе индеек. Опыт по изучению паразитоцидной активности порошка из соцветий пижмы обыкновенной проводился на индейках, спонтанно инвазированных капилляриями и гетеракисами. На основании результатов проведенных исследований установлено, что порошок из соцветий пижмы обыкновенной в дозе 1,5 г на 10 кг массы тела внутрь 2 раза в день 2 дня подряд с кормом является эффективным антигельминтным средством, обеспечивающим освобождение индеек от гетеракисов и капиллярий.
