К вопросу справедливого ценообразования на продукцию сельского хозяйства в Республике Беларусь / On the issue of fair pricing for agricultural products in the Republic of Belarus

The article presents the author’s position on the development of scientific and methodological approaches to fair price formation of agricultural products. These approaches are based on the analysis of multi-link chain of creation of agri-food value. In the course of the research, the following methods were used: monographic, abstract-logical, normative, synthesis and system analysis, etc. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of functioning of agriculture were revealed, as well as its place and role in the system of the national economy, which determine the specifics of the formation of prices for products produced by the industry. Fair price functions were defined within the relationships of participants in the agri-food market. Analysis of domestic price formation practices in the field of agro-industrial complex was carried out. The need to improve state price regulation has been reaffirmed. The conducted research showed that achieving a fair price is possible only through the implementation of the principles, laws and regularities of "justice" in the framework of the formation of effective relationships between business entities and the observance of national interests. /Представлена авторская позиция в отношении развития научно-методических подходов справедливого ценообразования на сельскохозяйственную продукцию, в основу которых положен анализ многозвенной цепочки создания стоимости агропродовольствия. В процессе исследования применялись следующие методы: монографический, абстрактно-логический, нормативный, синтеза и системного анализа и др. В результате исследований раскрыты особенности функционирования сельского хозяйства, а также обозначены его место и роль в системе национальной экономики, предопределяющие специфику формирования цен на производимую отраслью продукцию; определены функции справедливой цены в рамках взаимоотношений участников агропродовольственного рынка; проведен анализ отечественной практики ценообразования в сфере АПК; подтверждена необходимость совершенствования механизма государственного регулирования цен. Проведенные исследования позволяют сделать вывод, что достижение справедливой цены возможно только через реализацию принципов, законов и закономерностей «справедливости» в рамках формирования эффективных взаимоотношений между субъектами хозяйствования и соблюдения национальных интересов.
