Развитие конкурентной среды в агропродовольственной сфере Республики Беларусь на основе механизма информационного обеспечения деятельности субъектов хозяйствования / Development of a competitive environment in the agri-food sector of the Republic of Belarus based on the mechanism of information support for the activities of business entities

Ruso. The article presents trends and constraints in the development of the national marketing and advertising market. In the course of the study, the methods of systemic, comparative and marketing analysis were used. A mechanism has been developed to provide information support for the activities of the agri-food sector subjects of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of marketing and advertising strategy. The development directions of the competitive environment at the republican and regional levels, methods and strategies for introducing Internet advertising into the system of promoting products of agricultural organizations to the domestic and foreign markets are highlighted. The studies carried out have shown that some of the most common and effective tools for the Internet promotion of agricultural products are the following: search engine optimization (SEO), contextual advertising, advertising banner, selling page (landing page), social network. The scientific novelty of the introduction of Internet advertising technology into the system of promoting products to the domestic and foreign markets is to ensure information and communication impact on the target user, the use of external and internal communications with target groups in which the organization is interested (including PR and advertising), operational management of marketing policy and advertising campaign. /Обоснованы тенденции и сдерживающие факторы развития национального рынка маркетинга и рекламы. В ходе исследования использованы методы системного, сравнительного и маркетингового анализа. Разработан механизм информационного обеспечения деятельности субъектов агропродовольственной сферы Республики Беларусь на основе маркетинговой и рекламной стратегии. Выделены направления развития конкурентной среды на республиканском и региональном уровнях, методы и стратегии внедрения интернет-рекламы в систему продвижения продукции аграрных организаций на внутренний и внешний рынок. Выполненные исследования показали, что одними из распространенных и эффективных инструментов интернет-продвижения аграрной продукции являются следующие: поисковое продвижение (SEO), контекстная реклама, рекламный баннер, продающая страница (лендинг), социальная сеть. Научная новизна внедрения технологии интернет-рекламы в систему продвижения продукции на внутренний и внешний рынок заключается в обеспечении информационно-коммуникационного воздействия на целевого пользователя, применении внешних и внутренних коммуникаций с целевыми группами, в которых заинтересована организация (в том числе PR и реклама), оперативном управлении маркетинговой политикой и рекламной кампанией.
