Программа моделирования производственного процесса товарного свиноводческого комплекса с учётом помесячных технологических трендов зоотехнических параметров / Program for sumulating production process at commercial pig complex with records of monthly technological trends of zoology engineering parameters

Ruso. The aim of the study was to investigate the actual trends in the formation of monthly values of zootechnical indicators in the production of commercial pork, to develop a computer model for rapid monitoring and scientific prediction of major technological risks in order to minimize their negative consequences. On the basis of the analysis of primary zootechnical documents and materials of the state statistical reporting of the work of pig-breeding complexes of different production capacity, technological trends of formation of performance of animals of specific sex-age groups were revealed. As a result of the study of the actual trends in the formation of monthly values of zootechnical indicators in the production of commercial pork, a computer program model was developed for rapid monitoring and scientific forecasting of the main technological risks in order to minimize their negative effect. It has been established that the technological performance of commercial pig farms, regardless of production capacity, has significant monthly fluctuations. The result of such fluctuations is the inability to withstand zoo-hygienic rules and rules on the number of animals in the farrowing pens, on animal feeding, etc. The developed computer program allows to simulate the turnover of the herd and the movement of the livestock on the production areas of pig complexes, based on the revealed monthly patterns. /Целью работы было исследовать фактические тенденции формирования помесячных значений зоотехнических показателей при производстве товарной свинины, разработать компьютерную модель для экспресс-мониторинга и научного прогнозирования основных технологических рисков с целью минимизации негативных последствий их наступления. На основе анализа первичных зоотехнических документов и материалов государственной статистической отчётности работы свиноводческих комплексов различной производственной мощности выявлены технологические тренды формирования продуктивности животных конкретных половозрастных групп. В результате исследования фактических тенденций формирования помесячных значений зоотехнических показателей при производстве товарной свинины разработана компьютерная программа-модель для экспресс-мониторинга и научного прогнозирования основных технологических рисков с целью минимизации негативных последствий их наступления. Установлено, что технологические показатели работы товарных свинокомплексов, независимо от производственной мощности, имеют значительные помесячные колебания. Результатом таких колебаний является невозможность выдерживать зоогигиенические нормы и правила по количеству животных в станках, по фронту кормления и др. Разработанная компьютерная программа позволяет моделировать оборот стада и движение поголовья по производственным площадям свинокомплекса, исходя из выявленных помесячных закономерностей.
