Качество урожая люцерны посевной, возделываемой в условиях Поозерья /Quality cropping alfalfa cultivated under the conditions of Poozerye

Ruso. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of the studies, the advantage of legumes over cereal herbs in the content of crude protein, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid-detergent (ADF) was established. The delay in harvesting perennial herbs, including alfalfa, affects the quality of the green mass due to excessive accumulation of fiber. The previous method for determining crude fiber underestimates its content. In this regard, it became necessary to use a detergent analysis system to control the quality of herbage in relation to carbohydrates, which makes it possible to objectively assess the quality of plant raw materials used for forage preparation. The content of detergent fiber increases in a later phase of development: during the budding period it is more contained than during the branching of leguminous plants. A similar situation is observed in cereal grasses if we compare the phases of stemming and earing. This has practical implications for harvest time. The crude protein content of perennial legumes and grasses drops sharply when the harvest is delayed. / В результате проведенных исследований установлено преимущество бобовых культур над злаковыми травами по содержанию сырого протеина, нейтрально-детергентной клетчатке (НДК) и кислотно-детергентной (КДК). Запаздывание с уборкой многолетних трав, включая и люцерну, ухудшает качество зеленой массы из-за избыточного накопления клетчатки. Прежняя методика определения сырой клетчатки занижает ее содержание. В этой связи возникла необходимость в использовании системы детергентного анализа для контроля качества травостоя в отношении углеводов, что дает возможность объективно оценить качество растительного сырья, используемого для заготовки кормов. Содержание детергентной клетчатки возрастает в более позднюю фазу развития: в период бутонизации ее содержится больше, чем во время ветвления бобовых растений. Аналогичная ситуация наблюдается и в злаковых травах, если сравнивать фазы выхода в трубку и колошения. Это имеет практическое значение для времени сбора урожая. Содержание сырого протеина в многолетних бобовых и злаковых травах резко снижается при запаздывании с уборкой урожая.
