Предрасположенность накопления фенольных соединений у сои (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) в зависимости от овощного направления использования | Predisposition of phenolic compounds accumulation in soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) depending on the vegetable direction of use

Ruso. Изучали содержание фенольных соединений (ФС) в вегетативных органах и семенах сои (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), с целью последующего отбора генотипов с повышенным накоплением спирторастворимых и водорастворимых антиоксидантов. Объекты исследования: 10 образцов сои, 2 из которых – масличные, 2 – универсальные, 6 – овощные. Образцы выращивали в Московской области в открытом и в защищенном грунте в 2016-2018 гг. Место проведения опытов (55 градусов с.ш.) приближено к северной границе возделывания культуры. Исследована аккумуляция ФС в фазе технической (R6) и биологической спелости (R8) овощных образцов. Для анализа применен спектрофотометрический метод Фолин-Чокальтеу. Обнаружено, что в R6-фазе содержание ФС в вегетативных органах значительно выше, чем в семенах (в пересчете на сухую массу), и в среднем составляет 12,0 и 4,1 мг/г соответственно. Накопление ФС в семенах овощных форм было выше, чем у масличных сортов, в обе фазы развития растений, на 36,6 и 10% соответственно и в среднем за 3 года в фазе полной биологической спелости – на 26,3%. Отмечены овощные образцы с высоким накоплением ФС (4,9 мг/г): Gokuwase Hayabusa Edamame, Образец А, Tundra. Изучение аккумуляции ФС у овощных форм сои в условиях Центрального района Нечерноземной зоны России позволяет сделать вывод о целесообразности использования этого признака в создании сортов с повышенным содержанием ФС, предназначенных для производства овощной продукции функционального и лечебного направления.

Inglés. The content of phenolic compounds (PC) in vegetative organs and seeds of soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) have been studied aiming further selection genotypes predisposed to increased accumulation of alcohol-soluble and water-soluble antioxidants. Ten soybean cultivars (2 of oil use, 2 – universal, 6 – vegetable ones) were taken for the research. These plants were grown in the Moscow region by the open and protected cultivation in 2016-2018. The experimental plots were situated in 55 deg. N that is near to the northern border of possible soybean cultivation area. The accumulation of PC in the phase of technical (R6) and biological ripeness (R8) of vegetable cultivars was investigated. It was analyzed by the Folin-Ciocalteu spectrophotometric method. It was found that in the R6 phase the PC content in vegetative organs is significantly higher than in the seeds (in terms of the dry matter weight) and averages 12.0 and 4.1 mg/g respectively. The PC accumulation in the seeds of vegetable forms was higher than in the oil varieties in the both phases by 36.6 and 10% respectively and on average for 3 years in the phase of full biological ripeness - by 26.3%. The vegetable cultivars with the high PC accumulation (4.9 mg/g) were revealed: Gokuwase Hayabusa Edamame, Sample A, Tundra. The research of the PC accumulation in the vegetable forms of soybeans in the conditions of the Central Region of the Non-Chernozem Zone of RF makes possible to conclude that it is advisable to use this trait in the creation of varieties with an increased PC content for the vegetable production of functional and therapeutic uses.
