Влияние уровня и состава легкоферментируемых углеводов в рационах коров на использование субстратов в молочной железе и молочную продуктивность | Effect of different levels of easily fermentable carbohydrates in the diets of cows on nutrient utilization by the mammary gland and milk productivity

Ruso. Опыты проведены методом периодов на 3коровах-первотелках чёрно-пестрой породы с живой массой 490 кг в начальный период лактации. В 1-й период опыта содержание легкоферментируемых углеводов (ЛФУ) в рационе составляло 20,7% от сухого вещества (СВ) (3499 г распадаемого крахмала и 1497 г сахара), а во 2-й и 3-й периоды - 17,3% при разном соотношении крахмала и сахара (2427 и 462 г во 2-м, 2412 и 455 г в 3-м соответственно. В конце каждого периода опыта брали пробы молока и крови из хвостовой артерии и молочной вены через 3 ч после кормления. В плазме крови определяли содержание альфа-аминоазота (свободных аминокислот), глюкозы, триацилглицеролов, неэтерифицированных жирных кислот и бета-гидроксибутирата. Объёмную скорость плазмотока оценивали по величине отношения выхода альфа-аминоазота с молоком к разнице его концентраций в плазме крови хвостовой артерии и молочной вены. Снижение в рационах содержания сахара при повышенном уровне нераспадаемого крахмала привело к росту объёмной скорости кровотока через молочную железу, увеличению поглощения глюкозы (P меньше 0,05), триацилглицеролов и аминокислот. В 3-м периоде, при содержании ЛФУ 17,3% от СВ и соотношении распадаемого крахмала и сахара 84:16, среднесуточный удой 4%-й базисной жирности повысился по сравнению с 1-м и 2-м периодами на 6 и 13% соответственно В 3-м периоде опыта повысился также выход молочного белка, жира и лактозы. Заключили, что увеличение в рационе доли нераспадаемого крахмала при сниженном содержании сахаров оказывает положительное влияние на суточные удои, продукцию молочного белка, жира и лактозы за счёт увеличенного поглощения молочной железой аминокислот, глюкозы и триацилглицеролов.

Inglés. The experiments were carried out by the method of periods on three first-calf cows of the Black-and-White breed with a live weight of 490 kg in the initial period of lactation. In the first period of the experiment, the easily fermentable carbohydrates (EFC) content in the diet was 20.7% of dry matter (DM) (3499 g of decomposable starch and 1497 g of sugar), and in the 2nd and 3rd periods - 17.3% with different ratios of starch and sugar (2427 and 462 g in the 2-nd, 2412 and 455 g in the 3-d, respectively. At the end of each period of the experiment, milk and blood samples were taken from the tail artery and milk vein 3 h after feeding. The content of alpha-Amino nitrogen (free amino acids), glucose, triacylglycerols, non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA) and beta-hydroxybutyrate were determined in blood plasma. The volumetric plasma flow rate was estimated by the ratio of the yield of alpha-amino nitrogen with milk to the difference in its concentration in the blood plasma of the tail artery and the milk vein. The sugar content with an increased level of non-degradable starch led to an increase in the volumetric blood flow rate through the mammary gland, an increase in the absorption of glucose (P is less than 0.05), triacylglycerols and amino acids. In the 3-d period, when the EFC content was 17.3% of the DM and the ratio of decomposed starch and sugar 84:16, the average daily milk yield of 4% base fat content increased in comparison with the 1-st and 2-nd periods by 6 and 13%, respectively. In the 3-d period of the experiment, the yield of milk protein, fat and lactose was also increased. It has been concluded that an increase in the proportion of non-degradable starch in the diet with reduced sugar content has a positive effect on daily milk yield, production of milk protein, fat and lactose due to an increased absorption of amino acids, glucose and triacylglycerols by the mammary gland.
