Productivity of variegated alfalfa after being treated with growth regulators in the Vologda region | Продуктивность люцерны изменчивой под действием регуляторов роста в условиях Вологодской области

A triple analysis on the application of growth regulators (GR) on variegated alfalfa have been conducted in 2017-2018 in the experimental field in the Vologda region, the area of one plot being 1.2 m2 and the area of the record plot being 1 m2. The arrangement of the plots is systematic, in a lab environment to determine the effect of growth regulators (GR) on germination and energy of germination of variegated alfalfa seeds. Biosil, Al'fastim and Emistim biological products have been used for the experiment. Water has been used for the control variant. The preparative form of the biological products is an aqueous emulsion. Treatment of alfalfa seeds with the GR has had a noticeable effect on the energy of germination and seed germination. In terms of germination energy, this indicator has increased by 3-5%, and in terms of laboratory germination by 5-11%. The maximum value of germination energy is observed in case of treatment with Alf'astim GR - 87%, which exceeds the control variant by 5%. In the other experiment variant, this indicator has exceeded the control variant by 3%. Analyzing the laboratory germination indicators, the variant treated with Emistim preparation should be noted. The laboratory germination has been 97%, which is 11% higher than in the control variant. The smallest increase has been in the variant treated with the Biosil GR - 5%. The experiment observations show that the use of the GR has a positive effect on plant growth. All variants have had a significant difference. When using the Emistim GR, the maximum length of seedlings has been observed on both the 7th (13,4 cm) and the 14th days (25,5 cm), which exceeded the control variant by 3.3 and 2.9 cm, respectively. In the other variants of using GR, the length of seedlings has been almost equal in the both periods. The number of first-order side branches on all variants of the experiment has increased from 14.3 pcs up to 16.9 pcs. The smallest change has been observed in the variant treated with Al'fastim. The highest yield of green mass in two-year-research has been obtained in the variant treated with the Biosil preparation. The increase to the control variant has been 4 t/ha or 6.6%. The Emistim GR has turned out to be more inferior to Biosil. The average yield has been 43 t/ha, which has exceeded the control variant by 3.4%.

Исследования по применению регуляторов роста (РР) на посевах люцерны изменчивой проводились в период с 2017 по 2018 гг. на опытном поле Вологодской обл. в трехкратной повторности, площадь 1 делянки – 1,2 м2, учетная – 1 м2, размещение делянок систематическое, а также в лабораторных условиях - для установления влияния РР на всхожесть и энергию прорастания семян люцерны изменчивой. Для проведения опыта использовались биопрепараты Биосил, Альфастим и Эместим, в качестве контрольного варианта использовалась вода. Препаративная форма препаратов - водная эмульсия. Обработка семян люцерны РР оказала заметное влияние на энергию прорастания и всхожесть семян. По энергии прорастания данный показатель повысился на 3-5%, по лабораторной всхожести - на 5-11%. Максимальное значение энергии прорастания наблюдается в варианте с РР Альфастим – 87%, что превышает контроль на 5%. В остальных вариантах опыта данный показатель превысил контроль на 3%. Лабораторная всхожесть с препаратом Эмистим составила 97%, что на 11% выше контроля. Наименьшая прибавка была в варианте с РР Биосил – 5%. Наблюдения в опытах показывают, что применение РР положительно влияет на рост растений. Существенное отличие имели все варианты. Максимальная длина проростков как на 7-е, так и на 14-е сутки наблюдалась с РР Эмистим – 13,4 и 25,5 см соответственно, что превысило контроль на 3,3 и 2,9 см. В остальных вариантах с РР длина проростков в оба срока измерения была практически одинакова. Количество боковых ветвей первого порядка на всех вариантах опыта повысилось с 14,3 до 16,9 шт. Наименьшее изменение отмечено в варианте с препаратом Альфастим. Наибольшая урожайность зеленой массы в оба года исследований была получена в варианте с препаратом Биосил. Прибавка к контролю составила 4 т/га или на 6,6%. Незначительно уступил Биосилу РР Эмистим. Средняя урожайность составила 43 т/га, что превысило контроль на 3,4%.
