Monitoring the effect of agronomic efficiency of fertilizers DASA + lignit and SULFAN on yield, some parameters of seed and efficiency of fertilization was the aim of experiment. The plot–scale experiment was based in experimental years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 in terms of Vígľaš–Pstruša. There were five treatments of fertilization in fourplicate with plot size of 10 m2 (8 m × 1.25 m) used in this experiment. The first treatment was unfertilized control. The second treatment was fertilized by dose of nitrogen 210 kg·ha–1, the third by 210 kg·ha–1 N and 105 kg·ha–1 S, the fourth by the same doses of nitrogen and sulfur like treatment 3 with the lignite addition. Treatment 5 was fertilized by 210 kg·ha–1 N and 52,5 kg·ha–1 S. Yield of seed and oiliness of rapeseed were influenced by favourable weather conditions. The highest average yield (4.41 t·ha–1), oil content (45.29%) and oil production (1.84%) was reached at treatment 4, where the lignite addition to dose of nitrogen and sulphur was used. The difference between treatment 4 and treatment 3 without lignite addition was statistically significant. Also the highest average yield increase (0.23 t·ha–1 and 82.80 €·ha–1), content of mostly determined macroelements and uptake of all determined macrelements was noticed at treatment 4. Application of nitrogen without sulphur at treated 2 statistically highly significant and SULFAN application statistically significant decreased yield of seed compared to treatment 3 where both macroelements were applied.
