The influence of two Fe(III) coordinating compounds with organic base ligands was studied Schiff: [Fe(H2L1)(H2O)2](NO3)3-1,5H2O (1) (H2L1=2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(isonicotinoylhydrazone)) and [Fe(H2L2)(H2O)2](NO3)3-5H2O (2) (H2L1=2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone)) on the activity of of neutral proteases - the main component of the proteolytic complex synthesised by the mycorrhizal fungus Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12. The addition of the coordinating compounds to the nutrient culture medium ensured the enhancement of biosynthesis of neutral proteases in mycromycetes by 225.6% (1) and 185.4% (2), while reducing the technological cycle by 24 hours. The results obtained were used to develop a targeted synthesis process that ensures obtaining enzyme preparations with increased neutral protease content.
