Совершенствование технологии экструдирования четырехкомпонентной смеси с предварительным проращиванием одного из компонентов | Improvement of the technology for the extrusion of a four-component mixture with preliminary germination of one of the components

Inglés. One of the promising methods of preparing grain for animal and poultry feeding is the extrusion of a mixture of cereals and legumes with the preliminary germination of one of the components. The purpose of the study is to determine the nutritional value of an extruded four-component mixture with preliminary germination of one of the components. After conducting a study on the feed rations for different sex and age groups of animals, the rational percentage of cereals and legumes in the mixture was determined to be: wheat – 40%; soybeans – 20%; rapeseed – 20%; sprouted peas or corn – 20%. The research was conducted with two different variants: variant 1 – wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, sprouted peas in the ratio of mass fractions (40; 20; 20; 20) and variant 2 – wheat, soy, rapeseed, sprouted corn (40; 20; 20; 20). An analysis to determine the nutritional value of the resulting extruded mixtures was carried out at a sanctioned laboratory. The technological scheme of a production line of extruded feed from a four-component grain mixture is proposed for production in agricultural organizations. In the first variant, the extruded feed mixture showed the highest content of crude protein (23.00%), sugar (6.64%) and phosphorus (0.59%). In the second variant, it showed the highest content of crude fat (12.90%), starch (34.30%), carotene (9 mg/kg), crude fiber (5.84%), calcium (1.00 g/kg), and nitrogen-free extractive fraction (55.78%). When evaluating the economic efficiency of the introduction of the technology for the production of extruded feed from a four-component grain mixture with the germination of one of the components, three technologies were considered. The traditional one requires grain grinding, the basic one requires extrusion, and the projected one requires extrusion with preliminary germination of one component. The results of the calculations indicate that the economic effect of the two variants of the projected technology is on average by 15.40% higher than in the traditional one and by 14.34% than in the basic one.

Ruso. Перспективным способом подготовки зерна к скармливанию животным и птице является экструдирование смеси злаковых и бобовых с предварительным проращиванием одного из компонентов. Цель исследования – определение питательной ценности экструдированной четырехкомпонентной смеси с предварительным проращиванием одного из компонентов. Исследование рационов кормов для различных половозрастных групп животных показало, что рационально процентное соотношение смеси злаковых и бобовых: пшеница – 40%; соя – 20%; рапс – 20%; пророщенный горох или кукуруза – 20%. Исследования проведены в двух вариантах: 1-й вариант – пшеница, соя, рапс, пророщенный горох в соотношении массовых долей (40; 20; 20; 20) и 2-й вариант – пшеница, соя, рапс, пророщенная кукуруза (40; 20; 20; 20). Анализы по определению питательной ценности полученных экструдированных смесей проводились в аккредитованной лаборатории. Предложенная технологическая схема линии производства экструдированных кормов из четырехкомпонентной зерновой смеси позволит наладить их выпуск в с.-х. организациях. В первом варианте экструдированной кормовой смеси выявлено наибольшее содержание сырого протеина (23,00%), сахара (6,64%) и фосфора (0,59%). Во втором варианте – сырого жира (12,90%), крахмала (34,30%), каротина (9 мг/кг), сырой клетчатки (5,84%), кальция (1,00 г/кг), БЭВ (55,78%). При оценке экономической эффективности от внедрения в производство технологии производства экструдированных кормов из четырехкомпонентной зерновой смеси с проращиванием одного из компонентов рассматривались три технологии. Традиционная – предусматривает измельчение зерна, базовая – экструдирование, проектируемая – экструдирование с предварительным проращиванием одного компонента. Результаты расчетов свидетельствуют: в двух вариантах проектируемой технологии экономический эффект в среднем на 15,40% выше, чем в традиционной, и на 14,34% – в базовой.
