Monitoring the agriculture development in the Orel region | Мониторинг развития сельского хозяйства Орловской области

В современном мире, особенно в сложившихся условиях пандемии, особое значение приобретает обеспечение продовольственной безопасности, что в значительной мере связано с развитием аграрного производства. Развитие с.-х. производства на региональном уровне является, бесспорно, важным, поскольку от эффективного его функционирования зависит и развитие АПК страны в целом. Проводится детальный анализ динамики производства продукции аграрной сферы в Орловской обл. Оцениваются объемы производства продукции сельского хозяйства в отраслевом разрезе, и отмечается тенденция к их увеличению. В сельском хозяйстве Орловской обл. более 70% производства продукции приходится на отрасль растениеводства, прнимущественно это выращивание зерновых и сахарной свеклы. В животноводстве наблюдается увеличение объемов производства мяса скота и птицы. По другим видам продукции животноводства отмечается снижение производства. В сельском хозяйстве региона преобладают хозяйствующие субъекты частной формы собственности. Среди различных форм хозяйствования в общем производстве с.-х. продукции основная роль принадлежит с.-х. организациям, на долю которых приходится 75% производства в аграрной сфере. Анализируется степень зависимости региона от импорта продовольственных товаров и сырья, отмечается высокая доля импорта машин и оборудования. На экспорт идет такая продукция АПК, как зерновые культуры, масложировая продукция, мясная и молочная продукция и прочая с.-х. продукция. Сделан вывод о высоком потенциале Орловской обл. в сфере агропроизводства, однако, отмечается необходимость поддержки отечественного производителя с.-х. товаров.

Inglés. Ensuring food security is of particular importance in the modern world, especially in the current pandemic conditions. It is largely associated with the development of agrarian production. The development of agricultural production at the regional level is undoubtedly important, since the it contribute development of the country's agro-industrial sector as a whole. The article contains a detailed analysis of the dynamics in agricultural production in the Orel region. The authors assess the volume of agricultural production in the sectoral context, and note a positive trend towards an increase in production. It is noted that in the agriculture of the Orel region, the crop production industry occupies more than 70% of production. The main cultivated crops here are grain crops and sugar beet. In animal husbandry, there is an increase in the production of livestock and poultry meat. There is a decrease in production of other types of livestock products. The private agricultural enterprises dominate among economic entities in the region. The authors note the importance of various forms of management in the overall agricultural product production. Here, the main role belongs to agricultural organizations, which provide for 75% of production in the agrarian sector. In addition, the article analyzes the degree of dependence of the region on imports of food products and raw materials, and it also notes a high share of imports of machinery and equipment. Such agricultural products as grain crops, fat and oil products, meat and dairy products and other agricultural products are exported. The conclusion is made about the high potential of the Oryol region in the field of agricultural production, however, it is noted the need to support the domestic producer of agricultural goods.
