Among the dry subtropical crops, almond crop occupies an honorable place. Soil and climatic conditions of Georgia, especially in Kakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Shida Kartli regions, based on the selection of appropriate varieties and forms allow to produce interesting and competitive almond-based products for the world market.
