PROBLEMS OF LOGISTIC AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF PLANT PRODUCTION
2022
Chepik, D.A. | Kolesnikov, A.V.
The paper outlines the systemic problems of the logistics of agricultural production, including in the crop industry. The proportions of imports of agricultural machinery in its total quantity have been established (for tractors – 71.2%, for grain harvesters – 33.1%, forage harvesters – 23.4%), which does not meet the current strategy of the country's agricultural production. The high proportion of imported equipment in the structure of the machine and tractor fleet does not contribute to the development of its own technical potential. The relatively low level of development of the technological base in the country's agriculture leads to product losses (up to 15% of the gross harvest), a deterioration in its quality and, as a result, a decrease in the competitiveness of domestic products in global food markets. Proposals and a system of organizational measures have been formulated to reduce the dependence of the Russian agro-industrial complex on the import of equipment and technologies based on technical modernization and the creation of new industries
