Влияние фитобиотиков на сохранность поголовья и морфогистологическое состояние селезенки кур | The influence of phytobiotics on the livability and morphohistological state of the chicken spleen

Ruso. Представлены результаты изучения влияния фитобиотиков Активо (содержит в качестве действующих веществ смесь эфирных масел из экстрактов растений тимьяна, розмарина, орегано, экстракт перца Чили) и Активо Ликвид (жидкая эмульгированная кормовая добавка, содержащая в качестве действующих веществ масло корицы, масло орегано, лимонную кислоту) на сохранность поголовья и морфогистологическое состояние селезенки кур. Были сформированы контрольная и опытная группы ремонтного молодняка по 2100 голов в каждой в возрасте 14 недель. По результатам исследований на молодняке и курах яичного направления установлено, что включение изучаемых фитобиотических кормовых добавок в корма способствовало повышению сохранности поголовья за период с 14-ой по 42-ю неделю на 1,27%. На основании морфогистологических исследований срезов селезенки можно констатировать, что птицы в контрольной группе характеризовались угнетением гуморального иммунитета и, как возможное последствие, повышенным риском реинфицирования. В то время как у кур опытной группы в исследуемом органе были зафиксированы менее выраженные патологические и инволютивные изменения, свидетельствующие об усилении и сохранении их функциональной деятельности. По совокупности проведенных исследований отмечено благоприятное воздействие изучаемых кормовых добавок на организм кур-несушек в данный период технологического цикла, что способствует повышению адаптационно-приспособительных реакций, включая поддержание антиоксидантных систем организма.

There are presented the results of studying the effect of phytobiotics Aktivo (containing a mixture of essential oils from plant extracts of thyme, rosemary, oregano, chili pepper extract as active ingredients) and Aktivo Liquid (liquid emulsified feed supplement containing cinnamon oil, oregano oil as active ingredients, citric acid) on the livability of the livestock and the morphological and histological state of chicken spleens. The reference and experimental groups of replacement young animals at the age of 14 weeks containing 2100 heads each were selected. According to the results of the studies in egg chicks and laying hens, it was found that the inclusion of the studied phytobiotic feed supplements in feeds contributed to an increase in the livability of the poultry population for the period from the 14th to the 42nd week by 1.27%. Based on morphological and histological studies of spleen sections, it can be stated that individuals in the reference group were characterized by suppression of humoral immunity and, as a possible consequence, an increased risk of reinfection. While in the hens of the experimental group, less pronounced pathological and involutional changes were recorded in the organ under study, indicating an increase and preservation of their functional activity. Based on the totality of the studies, a beneficial effect of the studied feed supplements on the body of laying hens in a given period of the technological cycle is noted, which contributes to an increase in adaptive responses, including the maintenance of antioxidant systems of the body.
