Inglés. Ensuring food security in difficult political conditions acts as a guarantor of ensuring socio-economic sustainability. The issue of efficient use of material costs in grain production is considered exemplified by the Kursk region. Data of 2020 were analyzed. It is proposed to evaluate the intensification of production activity through a regression method, in which a power model is formed, the parameter of the regressor of which gives a characteristic of the elasticity of the use of the regressor. Various types of material costs, such as for seeds, inorganic fertilizers, pesticides, etc. act as regressors, and the output variable is the yield of grain crops. The study was conducted taking into account the impact of the scale of production; therefore, the analyzed grain-sowing organizations were ranged depending on the size of the sown area in order to compare the elasticity of material costs without the influence of this factor. It is proved that large business has higher production and economic indicators, including due to the higher elasticity of the use of material costs of all types relative to other groups of grain-growing organizations. The cost of mineral fertilizers is a factor that provides the greatest synergistic effect: when these indices were added to the model to another factor or a pair of factors, the sum of the model parameters showed the greatest increase. In the conditions of the rise in the cost of loans and the growth of inflationary influence, it is advisable to search for ways to optimize the cost structure by comparing the elasticity of use of various types of material costs.

Ruso. Обеспечение продовольственной безопасности в сложных политических условиях выступает как гарант обеспечения социально-экономической устойчивости. На примере зерносеющих организаций Курской области рассматривается вопрос эффективного использования материальных затрат в производстве зерна. Проанализированы данные за 2020 г. Оценку интенсификации производственной деятельности предлагается осуществлять через регрессионный метод, в рамках которого формируется степенная модель, параметр регрессора которого дает характеристику эластичности использования регрессора. В качестве регрессоров выступают различные виды материальных затрат (на семена, минеральные удобрения, пестициды и др.), а выходной переменной – урожайность зерновых культур. Исследование проводилось с учетом влияния масштаба производства, поэтому анализируемые зерносеющие организации были распределены в зависимости от размеров посевной площади, чтобы сопоставить эластичность материальных затрат без влияния этого фактора. Доказано, что крупный бизнес имеет более высокие производственно-экономические показатели, в том числе из-за более высокой эластичности использования материальных затрат всех видов относительно других групп зерносеющих организаций. Затраты на минеральные удобрения представляют собой фактор, обеспечивающий наибольший синергетический эффект – при их добавлении в модель к другому фактору или паре факторов сумма параметров модели показывала наибольший прирост. В условиях удорожания кредитов и роста инфляционного влияния поиск способов оптимизации структуры себестоимости целесообразно осуществлять через сопоставление эластичности использования различных видов материальных затрат.
