Achievements in prevention and control of some diseases and pests in winter cereals

This paper presents a survey on some results obtained on preventing and controlling the main diseases and pests of winter cereals. The importance of various agrotechnical measures is outlined, and mainly of the chemical ones, applied in many instances as seed treatment.
