The report states that mangrove swamp rice ecologies are the most productive of all the rice ecologies in Sierra Leone Guinea Bissau and the Gambia. It highlights the constrants to production increase and gives useful advice for the different stages in rice cultivation in the mangrove swamps in order to raise better rice crops
