Ensiling losses of moist grain
1986
Dederer, M. (Hohenheim Univ., Stuttgart (Germany, F.R.). Inst. fuer Agrartechnik) | Rexilius, R.
Increased grain utilization on the farm makes moist grain preservation interesting, lately especially because of reduced grain prices. Conservation losses have a considerable impact on on the economic performance of a preservation method. Especially the moisture content of the grain has great influence on the losses. With the new method of liquid preservation higher losses were registered compared to the ensiling of grain which had natural moisture content. Tabel with results in the literature.
