Uncut ipil-ipil gave significantly higher yield, ether extract, crude ash and number of shoots and lower mimosine content than the other treatments. The influences of height and interval of cutting were significant on crude fiber, ether extract, crude ash, calcium content and mimosine content of the herbage. Significantly higher protein content was observed when ipil-ipil was cut at 30 days interval. Moisture and phosphorus contents were not significantly affected by either height or interval of cutting
