Progesterone content in peripheral blood and concentration of endometrial and myometrial cytosolic progesterone receptor during oestrous cycle in sows

Concentration of progesterone receptor was different in particular days of oestrous cycle. The highest concentration of the receptor was observed on day 0 and the lowest on day 13 in the myometrium and on day 17 in the endometrium. The concentration of the receptor was negatively correlated with the content of plasma progesterone
