Alemán. Bis zu einer Dosierung von 0.57% MET/CYS war in de 2. und 3. Laktationswoche ein deutlicher Anstieg, darueberhinaus eher ein Abfall des Milcheiweissgehaltes zu beobachten. Die Aminosaeuregehalte der Sauenmilch veraenderten sich weder im Laktationsverlauf noch in Abhaengigkeit von der MET/CYS-Zufuhr (0.21-0.84%). Je 16 g N wurden in g nachgewiesen: 7.0 LYS, 2.2 MET, 1.3 CYS, 1.2 TRP, 4.1 THR, 7.6 LEU, 3.8 ILE, 4.5 ARG, 4.6 VAL, 3.3 ALA, 8.3 ASP, 19.6 GLU, 3.5 GLY, 10.6 PRO und 5.2 SER. Anhand der Milcheiweissausscheidung duerfte der Bedarf bei taegl. etwa 28-29 g MET/CYS liegen.
