The desorption and adsorption equilibrium moisture content were determined in seven corn hybrids (5 flint and 2 dent). The static method of saturated salt solutions was used at 25 deg C and 75.3% of and relative humidity, respectively, A randomized block design with sampling (7 x 3 x 2) was used. The Duncan Test was applied for mean comparison. Significant differences were obtained among corn hybrids in each phase, adsorption and desorption. The minimum and maximum equilibrium moisture content data for seven corn hybrids to desorption were 17.45 and 18.26% dry basis and adsorption were 16.64 and 17.32% dry basis, respectively. A significant contrast test was obtained for equilibrium moisture data between the flint and dent corn hybrids
