Bream, whiting and flathead in south-east Queensland: a review of the literature

The current state of knowledge of bream (Acanthopagrus australis), whiting (Sillago ciliata, S. analis and S. maculata) and flathead (Platycephalus fuscus) in southeast Queensland is reviewed. The study focuses on information relating to southeast Queensland, but also draws on material from elsewhere for comparison. It deals primarily with characteristics of the resources which are of management significance such as growth, reproduction and migratory behaviour.
