This task force report on the rationalisation and coordination of the post-secondary technical and vocational training policy and programmes undertaken by different agencies outlines recommendations for rationalisation and consolidation as well as harmonization of programmes; the financial management aspects, measures to redress the imbalance between training efforts and labour market demands and a financial policy. The challenge of unemployment is also addressed as well as the various training programmes and their cost effectiveness.
