Price estimation of agricultural land by the use of operational research methods

The described liner model enables to stipulate the price of an agricultural land with the methods of an operations research. For this price determination is used the shadow price of he land, which is the product of the linear model. By the medium of the linear model is calculated the optimal production structure of a particular enterprise or production station. A price of the land is compared with the price of the land from the law 178/94 Sb. The method was checked up in three agricultural companies. By the help of the comparative analysis it was avouched, that the prices of the land ranging from the vali dlegislation are in all monitored enterprises over-estimated.
