Assessment of long-term forest damage due to strom

Overall damage caused by the storm is assessed. The loss of biological investments, increased costs of cutting, costs of regeneration and the loss of future net yield of injured forest are summed up. All values are discounted to the present value. Current financial balance of the forest section is calculated and compared with undamaged forest
