The invention refers to technology of producing microelements polyphosphates complex compounds which may be used in agriculture as special fertilizers. In the fertilizer ammonium diphosphate is used as a nitrogen- or phosphorus-containing compound, biohumus (40-50 % of moisture content), saturated with the solution obtained following mixing the ammonium diphosphate with Cu, Zn, Co salts, as structurizing component. Afterwards boric, molybdenic and lithic acids salts are added to the solution in the ratios Cu:Zn:Co:B:Mo:Li = 5:5:5:2,5:0,5:0,02. Using the fertilizer proposed provides the advantages as follows: obtaining an universal microfertilizer with a wider spectrum of macro- and microfertilizers; using biologically active humus as a carrier instead of inert silica; rising in agrochemical activity as compared to the prototype by 10-25 %
