Using the chromatography of hydrophobic interactions on Phenyl Sepharose CL-4B gives 5-6 fold purification of beta-glucosidases with Aspergillus niger and polyphenol oxidase with Glicladium virens from condensed post breeding liquids, with loses of activity no bigger than 15 percent. Chromatography of hydrophobic interactions is good in differentiating proteins of similar molecular weights. Thanks to this method - glucosidases was separated from the beta-xylosidases present in the post breeding liquid
