The aim of this undertaken research subject-matter was the attempt to determine the shielding and detoxic impact of natural biopreparation like the standardized load of pollen on the hind bee leg towards the embiotoxic impact of the acethyl-salicylic acid. The preparation in the form of purified and biologically standardized load of pollen on the hind bee was subjected to the research. The acethyl-salicylic acid as a compound exhibiting known and proved impact was applied towards the rat foetus. A set of pregnant Wistar rat females was the experimental material used in the research
