The aim of the undertaken research subject matter was to determine the shielding and detoxicative activity of the biopreparation of natural origin like the standardized load of pollen on the hind bee leg towards buserelin. The preparation in the form of purified and standardized load of pollen on the hind bee leg was subject to research. Buserelin as a compound of know and verified activity was applied on the rat foetus. Pregnant Wistar rats were the experimental material
