The aim of the work was to determine the influence of humic acids, fluvic acids and their mixture in 5 different variations with the nutrient medium "Rhizobium Medium" on the growth of symbiotic soil bacteria Rhizobium. Statistical calculations showed that humic substances influence the growth of Rhizobium meliloti in two directions: stimulation or inhibition. The results showed that carbon of fluvic acids inhibits the growth of this bacteria species, while that of humic acids, when added in adequate doses, stimulates this growth
