There are described the sources of the phthalates penetrating into the food. There were described the methods of the dibutyl phthalate contents valuation used in CIS in Poznan. There were researched the contents of phthalates in guala screw tops and cardboard gaskets on the way of washing out the phthalates with the help of 40 percent vodka. To the meanings there were used gas and liquid chromatography
