The objective of a field study was to compare the effect of a single weed control times and control methods on seed yield and on the weeds structure of spring oilseed rape. It was stated that the spring rape yield and weeds stucture was depended on the weed control time, used methods and meteorological factors over the years. The optimal period for weed control in spring rape (cv. Lisonne) begins with 18 days after crop emergence (two pairs of leaves stage) until 25 days after crop emergence (15 cm high rape plants)
