Genetical parameters of life and performance length as well as efficiency of milk and fat of 1096 bw cows after 119 bulls from 4 herds were estimated. Mean life and performance lengths of cows 6.18 and 3.82 years and life dairy and fat efficiencies - 18519 and 736 kg, respectively, at 3.97 mean fat content in milk. Multi-feature individual model with REML method was used for estimation of genetical parameters of life and performance length, the efficiency of milk and fat and its mean content in milk obtained from cows during their entire performance. The lowest heritability was observed for life and performace lenghts, slightly higher for life milk and fat efficiency , and the highest for life mean fat content in milk. It was proved that positive and high phenotypical interdependencies as well as positive but lower genetical correlations took place between life and performance lengths and life milk and fat efficiencies. However, slight and negative phenotypical and genetical indices correlations were observed between life and performance lengths and life mean content in milk. Moreover it was prowed that there very high genetical and phenoypical dependencies for like milk and fat efficiencies as well as slight negative phenotypical correlation and genetical one between life milk efficiency and life mean fat content in milk
