The construction sector after 1990 is privatized - this process was completed extremely fast in comparison to other sectors of the economy. The role of an investor increased significantly, companies which had performed a minor role till the discussed year (control institutions or completly new ones (consulting companies) emerged. An increase in competition, provatization and large foreign institutions changed the construction sector significantly. Since 1990 the supply of building materials has not been a constant problem for building contractors
