Ruso. Целью исследования явилось определение содержания в периферической крови у местного русского и кочующего мужского населения Европейского Севера уровней общих и свободных фракций тестостерона, эстрадиола и сексстероидсвязывающего β-глобулина. Обследование было проведено в один и тот же период года - период увеличения продолжительности светового дня. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для определения специфики содержания данных гормонов в зависимости от группы населения, что позволит разработать региональные нормативы содержания данных показателей для разных групп населения Севера.

The aim of the study was to determine the content of general and free fractions of testosterone, estradiol, and sex hormone binding β-globulin in the peripheral blood of the local Russian and nomadic males from the European North. Examination was conducted in the same period of the year - a period of increasing day length. The results can be used to determine the specificity of the content of these hormones depending on the population, in order to develop regional standards for the content of these indicators in different populations of the North.
