This research was carried out between 2014-15 and 2015-16 in Siirt ecological conditions. The study was established as a Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. In this research, 6 barley varieties (Altıkat, Samyeli, Önder, Lingne-131, Tokak-157/37 and Tarm-92) were used. Spike time, plant height, bed rate, spike number, spike length, thousand grain weight, seed number, grain yield, hectoliter weight and crude protein content were determined. According to the two-year results obtained at the end of the study, the grain yield of barley varieties ranged from 254.1-325.1 kg/da, while the protein ratio ranged from 10.8 to 12.1%. The highest grain yield was obtained from Tarm-92 and Samyeli varieties.
