Laboratory justification of the working bodies arrangement on the frame of a heavy spring-loaded harrow | Лабораторное обоснование расстановки рабочих органов на раме тяжелой зубопружинной бороны

Inglés. Existing harrows have a large gripping width within 7...27 m. However, the distribution of working bodies by width and its effect on the completeness of tillage has been little studied. The purpose of the research was the laboratory substantiation of the arrangement of working bodies on the frame of a heavy spring-loaded harrow. The study objectives involved the development of a laboratory testing methodology of the effect of the working bodies' arrangement on the completeness of field tilling and experimental justification for rational placement of them. The specific laboratory research methods, methods of statistical processing of experimental results have been used. There is presented a laboratory testing procedure. The experiments were carried out on a soil box using a traction platform having working bodies placed on it. The principle of operation of the laboratory facility is shown, the operation order during the experiment and the rules for placing working bodies on the frame corresponding to their factory and rational installation are indicated. The coefficient of field tilling completeness was chosen as an optimization criterion. Based on the research results, it has been found that the factory installation of spring-loaded working bodies in the harrow sections has processing limitations and flaws. It has been revealed that with an increase in the speed of the machine-tractor unit from 2.22 m/s to 3.33 m/s, the value of tilling completeness coefficient (gamma) increases from 0.912 to 0.926. However, it was not possible to achieve complete tilling of the entire field surface. The recommended arrangement of working bodies in the harrow sections ensures complete tilling of the entire surface of the field, the completeness coefficient at all speeds is 1.

Ruso. Существующие модели борон имеют большую ширину захвата в пределах 7…27 м. Однако мало исследовано распределение рабочих органов по ширине и его влияние на полноту обработки почвы. Цель исследований - лабораторное обоснование расстановки рабочих органов на раме тяжелой зубопружинной бороны. Задачи исследования предполагали разработку методики лабораторных испытаний по влиянию размещения рабочих органов на полноту обработки поля и опытное обоснование рационального их размещения. Методы исследования включали частные методики лабораторных исследований, методы статистической обработки результатов экспериментов. Представлена методика проведения лабораторных испытаний. Опыты проводились на почвенном канале с использованием тяговой платформы с размещенными на ней рабочими органами. Показан принцип работы лабораторной установки, указан порядок действий во время опыта и правила размещения рабочих органов на раме, соответствующие заводской и рациональной их установке. В качестве критерия оптимизации был выбран коэффициент полноты обработки поля. На основании результатов исследований установлено, что заводская установка зубопружинных рабочих органов в секциях бороны имеет недостатки в обработке, огрехи. Выявлено, что с ростом скорости машинно-тракторного агрегата от 2,22 м/с до 3,33 м/с происходит рост значения коэффициента полноты обработки гамма от 0,912 до 0,926. Однако достичь полной обработки всей поверхности поля не удалось. Рекомендуемая расстановка рабочих органов в секциях бороны обеспечивает полную обработку всей поверхности поля, коэффициент полноты при всех скоростях составляет единицу.
