Carbon stock assessment in tree stands at the site "Ural-carbon" (Severka) of the carbon polygon of the Sverdlovsk region | Оценка запаса углерода в древостоях карбонового полигона Свердловской области на участке "Урал-карбон" (Северка)

Inglés. The study of carbon sequestration by plantations is an urgent task in the context of overcoming the results of possible negative scenarios of global and regional climate warming. To be able to analyze in detail the distribution of carbon in plantations, it is important to use a systematic approach and to cover all climatic zones. For this purpose, a network of carbon polygons was created in the Russian Federation. There are shown the results of the assessment of carbon stocks at the plot of the carbon research site "Ural-Carbon" (Severka) of the Sverdlovsk region located in the Training and Experimental Forestry of the Ural State Forestry Engineering University using the guidelines of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation for forest management data. The analysis of carbon stocks at the polygon under study was carried out on the basis of forest inventory data, with reference to the age structure of plantations, the dominant species and the stock of plantations. Also, based on the results of the calculations, there is presented a map of the carbon content of the stands of the "Ural-Carbon" (Severka) carbon polygon using the QGIS geographic information system. The map is a vector polygonal layer that includes a set of units of the smallest division of the polygon area for calculating the carbon stock in plantations (plot), having the form of interactive elements comprising data on the designation of the element in space (number of the quarter and plot), composition of the plantation, average age, average height, degree of density which includes the element (plot), area of the plot, average carbon stock (t/ha), type of forest, type of forest conditions, plot stock, average stock per 1 ha, age class and dominant species. Also, all this data is available in the attribute table for the map.

Ruso. Изучение депонирования углерода насаждениями является актуальной задачей в контексте преодоления результатов возможных негативных сценариев глобального и регионального потепления климата. Для возможности детального анализа распределения углерода в насаждениях важно использовать системный подход и охватить все климатические зоны. С этой целью в Российской Федерации была создана сеть карбоновых полигонов. Данная работа показывает результаты оценки запасов углерода на участке карбонового научно-исследовательского полигона "Урал-Карбон" (Северка) Свердловской области, расположенного в лесхозе Уральского государственного лесотехнического университета с использованием методических указаний Министерства природных ресурсов и экологии Российской Федерации по лесоустроительным данным. Анализ запасов углерода на изучаемом участке был произведен на основании данных лесоустройства, учитывающих возрастную структуру насаждений, преобладающую породу и запас насаждений. По итогам расчетов представлена карта содержания углерода насаждениями карбонового полигона "Урал-Карбон" (Северка), полученная при помощи геоинформационной системы QGIS. Карта представляет собой векторный полигональный слой с совокупностью единиц наименьшего деления площади полигона (выдела) для проведения расчетов запаса углерода в насаждениях. Имеет вид интерактивных элементов, включающих данные по обозначению элемента в пространстве (номер квартала и выдела): состав насаждения, средний возраст, среднюю высоту, полноту насаждения, которое включает элемент (выдел), площадь выдела, средний запас углерода (т/га), тип леса, тип лесорастительных условий, запас на выделе, средний запас на 1 га, класс возраста и преобладающая порода. Также все эти данные доступны в атрибутивной таблице для карты.
